Delivery times are placed once the payment of your purchase has been verified.

Lima: 2 business days.nDistricts of Delivery: Metropolitan Lima and Callao

Provinces within Perú: 4 or 5 business days. We deliver to ALL PROVINCES

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase within the next business day after placing your order. In case you do not receive the confirmation email within that period, please send us a message to the following email address: info@inmaculada.shop

If you want to pick up your order, you can do so by appointment at our showroom, located in Miguel Dasso 144  Apt.6A – San Isidro- Lima Perú

PAYMENT METHODS

You can use the following payment methods through our Culqi payment gateway: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express

If Culqi rejects your card, check that:

  • The card is not expired.
  • The credit limit of your card has not been reached.
  • The card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
  • You have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card in the site?
Yes, the card data is only entered on a page owned by the payment gateway and transmitted in an encrypted form. MODA INMACULADA S.A.C. will only have knowledge of the result of the operation. It does not have access to any card information used for the purchase.

ORDERS AND PRODUCTS

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
MODA INMACULADA S.A.C. only sells items in perfect condition. However, if you receive your product with any imperfection, we ask you to contact us by sending us a message to the following email address: info@inmaculada.shop and we will solve the problem in the shortest possible time.

What should I do if an incorrect product arrives?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not purchased, contact us immediately by sending a message to the email address: info@inmaculada.shop

 Where I can receive my order?
You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.) nationwide. If it is for Province, you can also choose the option to pick it up at your local Olva Courier agency.

Can the delivery city be different from that of the purchase?Yes, as long as the delivery city is within Peru.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Lima:

  •  Changes in size can be made within the first seven (7) calendar days after the product is delivered.
  • In order to exchange a product, it is essential that the product (s) are in perfect condition, without signs of use, have the original packaging and the documents with which it was delivered (ballot or invoice, referral guide).
  • The exchanging of products will be subject to the existing stock and an evaluation within a maximum period of 7 days. If the product is out of stock, you can opt for another product of equal value, higher value (assuming the difference in price), or of smaller value (there will be no return of money or balance in favor).
  • When picking up the product, the packaging must be delivered to the Courier completely sealed and packed (as delivered).
  • Exchanges do not apply to products purchased on sale, unless the product is in bad condition.
  • The exchange process can only be carried out once. An exchange cannot be managed in a second instance and the money will not be returned.
  • Customers who paid an initial shipping cost will not be exposed to another shipping charge in cases of exchanges and returns.
  • The shipping cost for exchanges and returns will be assumed by customers who did not pay an initial shipping cost.

 

Province:

  • Customers who made their purchases in any province within Peru, should approach the agencies of our Urban Courier and leave the packaging completely sealed.
  • Only changes in the indicated provinces will be accepted

All products undergo strict quality control before being sent in order to detect possible damage or defects. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and send us a picture of it.   1. Make sure to comply with the policies outlined above. Remember that the product must not show signs of use. Any exchange or refund will be subject to evaluation.
  2. Money refunds will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction.
  • If it is a credit or debit card extension, the time will depend on the Bank that issues the card, which is generally between 20 and 25 days.
  • MODA INMACULADA S.A.C. may reject the request for exchange or return of the product if the breach of the conditions described in this document is detected.
